Resident's Action Committee
Mobilized!
The Property Development Guidelines (PDG) are not being enforced and it is negatively affecting the quality of your neighborhood and value of your investment. On January 28th, the Resident's Action Committee (RAC) sent a letter to each of you to ask for your support by attending the annual HOA meeting. Included in the packet is a self-addressed stamped envelope for those who live out of town and the sample proxy with email and FAX instructions. If you need to print out the meeting proxy, please click here: Meeting Proxy.

All Lot and Home owners are encouraged to attend. If you cannot attend, please consider delegating your proxy to the Residents Action Committee This can be done by completing the proxy using 'Glenn Bonner' as the appointee and mailing or delivering it to:

~ Clark Parcel ? ~

The Clark Parcel is a 10.8ac site that borders the COSC on the NE corner. It was to be deeded to the Tortoise Reserve, but now it may be subdivided and 5-10 homes built outside of the property development guidelines. To discuss this and other issues, log on to the forums.

Lot 80 Construction Mess
This is a great example of how out-of-control the construction process has become in the neighborhood. This one shows it all, no dust control and using the street as a worksite! Is this really how we want construction in our neighborhood to be run? Click the photo for a larger view.

Petroglyph Theatre
Only a few miles from our neighborhood, a local treasure is revealed! if you haven't seen the petroglyphs on the Santa Clara River Reserve trail, then you have missed one of the best Anasazi stone writing sites in North America!
