Mysterious White Dump Truck
This white dump truck showed up on Lot 81 after complaints to the HOA about being parked on the west side street in front of Lot 91 for nearly 4-weeks. The Property Development Guidelines clearly state in section 5.C. that builders must remove all equipment, materials, supplies and temporary structure when any phase of the work is complete, leaving the area neat and clean. Equipment not in daily use must be removed from the job site. Why is this dump truck being stored in our neighborhood? Why have these trailers been allowed to remain on lot 81 for over 6-months?

Rooftop Access?
Outside stairwells? The Property Development Guidelines clearly state that any roof access has to be from inside the home. Click the photo for a larger view.
