Summer 2009 Newsletter

Gate Closure:
Starting Monday, June 1, the main gates will be closed 24 hours a day. All current clickers and codes will remain in effect and codes will be given to official neighborhood service providers (UPS, mail, maintenance, newspaper delivery, etc.) Call Paul Properties at 674-3444 if you need a new clicker or can't remember your code for entering the gate via the keypad at the entrance.
By June 13th, the upper gates will also be closed. The same clicker and code will operate all three gates. In addition, a key pad will be installed by the main exit gate so that bikers and pedestrians can exit. To enter, bikers and pedestrians will need to use their code to open the entrance gate.

Official Website:
A paper newsletter will be mailed out only twice a year, but updated information and news will continually be added to our official community website: www.cliffsofsnowcanyon.org. Please use the website, register for then forums and check the website often so that you can stay informed!

May 2009 Newsletter
The New Cliffs Board of Trustees: The Developer has formally withdrawn and our neighborhood is now represented by our newly elected Board of Trustees. The Board meets every other week. Thus far they have worked hard to accomplish two major goals:

1) Find out where we are
2) Form a new organization to operate the development

The following committees have been established to meet the needs of the community:

- The Architecture and Landscape Committee
- The Security Committee
- The Neighborhood Committee

Walking Your Dog?
Please be considerate of others and ensure that you properly clean up after your dog. The board has received several complaints regarding this issue. Thank you.

Neighborhood Pool Party

Rec Center

The Neighborhood Pool Party on May 11th was a great success. Over 80 residents and lot owners attended and everyone enjoyed getting to know each other and enjoying each other's excellent cooking. There will be another pool party in October and a Holiday Open House in December. Thanks!

Petroglyph Theatre
Only a few miles from our neighborhood, a local treasure is revealed!  if you haven't seen the petroglyphs on the Santa Clara River Reserve trail, then you have missed one of the best Anasazi stone writing sites in North America!
