Winter 2009 Newsletter

Alan Madsen, President of the Board of Trustees has moved from the neighborhood and subsequently resigned from the Board. We thank him for his service to our neighborhood and send him and his family our best wishes.

Gary Banks was nominated and accepted the position as our new president by the Board. Saren Loosli who received the 6th largest number of votes in the Board elections last February, has filled the open board position until elections take place at the next HOA meeting in February 2010. Please call on Gary and Saren to offer your support as they serve our community.

Since our last newletter, the Board of Trustees has been working diligently on the following:

- Gifting the west wash property from the Cliffs HOA to the City of St George.
- Acquiring new outdoor furniture for the pool area.
- Installing a beautiful new stone marquee at the entrance.

Gate Closure:
Starting Monday, June 1, the main gates will be closed 24 hours a day. All current clickers and codes will remain in effect and codes will be given to official neighborhood service providers (UPS, mail, maintenance, newspaper delivery, etc.) Call Paul Properties at 674-3444 if you need a new clicker or can't remember your code for entering the gate via the keypad at the entrance.
By June 13th, the upper gates will also be closed. The same clicker and code will operate all three gates. In addition, a key pad will be installed by the main exit gate so that bikers and pedestrians can exit. To enter, bikers and pedestrians will need to use their code to open the entrance gate.

A paper newsletter will be mailed out only twice a year, but updated information and news will continually be added to our official community website: www.cliffsofsnowcanyon.org. Please use the website, register for then forums and check the website often so that you can stay informed!
